As you all know I am venturing into a small scale entrepreneur oh di va tunog sosyal.. In short may munting negosyo lang ako ngayong tag init at patok na patok sa maga bata eto. hihihi.  Eto ang pagtitinda ko ng ice candy.  Ang dami kong nasubukang flavors from corn, cornflakes and nuts, cheese and syempre ang cookies and cream.  I sold it for 5php each and mabentang mabenta eto sa neyburs namin lalo na sa mga bata. Pero ang pinaka best seller ko ay ang cookies and cream ice candy. 

Simple lang naman ang mga ingredients ko pero syempre trial and error pa ang mga  sukat kasi di pa ako masyado gamay sa paggawa neto at di ko alam pano ko gagawin para kumita ako.  Sa bawat ice candy ko ay mayron lamang akong 1.00php.  Oo maliit lang talaga ang kita pero pwede na dito lang naman ako sa bahay at least makakaipon ako ng onti2 di va? isipin nyo na lang kung ang 1.00phpx10pcs eh 10.00php x 10 days =100.00 php na di va? so sa isang buwan meron na akong humigit kumulang 300.00php walang magbibigay sa akin nun habang nakatunganga ako dito sa bahay at nagpapalaki ng aking puday.. hahaha..

at dahil avid fan kayo ng aking blog (filingera mode) ay isishare ko sa inyo ang mahiwagang ingredients ng aking cookies and cream ice candy.

• 2packs cookies and cream biscuits mas masarap ang oreo kaso mahal
• 1 can condensed milk
• 2cups sugar
• 2cups cassava flour
• 2tbsp creamer 
• 4L water 

instruction: boil the 4L water with sugar and milk
                dilute the cassava flour in a separate container with  1cup water then pour in the 4L boiling water. mix continuously.
                dilute the creamer in a separate container with half cup of water then pour in the 4L boiling water
mix all together until smooth and the flour are cooked.
                keep cool. after cooling make the cookies and cream like a crumble and mix in the fluids.  Start packing.

makes 40pcs.  Enjoy..

Last night my baby is so agitated.  She often scratch her bottom.  I know she has a diaper rash and we already applied a cream but I think its not effective.  We tried Darpolene cream, bactroban and anti diaper rash powder but its not enough for her.  She wants me to scratch her bottoms.  She really gave me a hard time last night and honestly I don't know what to do.  I immediately change her diaper even though its still clean thinking that the sweat makes her itch.  I applied calmoseptine cream with zinc oxide and a prickly heat rash powder as I caress her buttocks she somehow feel some soothness and she calm herself and went to sleep. Hay buhay nanay.. kay hirap..

What about you mommies?  What is your anti-diaper rash cream?

I was soooo happy last night as in because my baby and I played at our bedroom.  Napakakulit lang talaga at tawa ng tawa na humahagikgik kala mo matanda na.  She can hardly walk so parang ganito lang sa picture ang drama.  

Ang laro namin ay habulan.. Si mister dapat ang kalaro ko neto tapos pag nahuli nya ako eh alam nyo na ang mangyayari.. hihihi. ang halay lang.  Heniweys, actually this is our first time playing the "habulan" and I myself enjoyed it.  She was chasing me and following me wherever I go while she was crawling. Super enjoy kasi tawa lang sya ng tawa habang hinahabol nya ako. and It was such a delight to my ears.  Btw, She just turned 1.  I feel so blessed talaga.  All my problems are temporarily gone.  see, ang cute cute ng baby girl ko di ba?? pwera usog mga luvies..

As a home maker I don't have the time to wash my laundry 3times as what my mother told me "Kelangan 3 beses ka magbanlaw gang mawala ang sabon"  Funny as it may seem but I am practicing it to avoid unsightly smell of my laundry especially for my babies clothes.  But having a gazillion of things to do everyday from cooking to cleaning the house, taking care of my baby and so many household stuff that sometimes occupy me especially the washing that's the time I came to realize that I have to shorten my time on certain tasks so I will have time to do other stuff.  Kaya napabili ako sa grocery neto. Hihihi..

Hindi naman sa tamad lang nakakapagod na din mag ubos ng half day doing just laundry.  And the advantage of this is I cut the  laundry time plus I cut the water consumption.  Less water bill..  Happy mommy na naman akech.. hihihi..

Would you believe that this face was once pimple infested.  I hope I can show you the before but that was way way before back when I was in College.  Through my everyday regimen I achieved to eradicate the pimple in my life.  I am now trying to remove the marks it left behind though.  But it is hardly noticeable. :D

Loving my face now...  I feel pretty already..

I am not boasting or anything I am just showing what I've got.  I don't own fancy make up brands but hey the affordable ones work for me and doesn't give me break outs at all.  This is part of my everyday life.  Especially the lip glosses they are highly effective on my crack lips.

I am just saying that I don't have to buy expensive make up brands  just to look pretty.  There are a lots of drug store brands and the make up that can be found n watsons that are highly budget friendly that works as well.  You might wanna try one.

I am now sporting the lipstick from Revlon and the lipliner from avon -very Anne Curtis pucker lip look alike. :D

I just got this cake today courtesy of a fairy Godmother.  She definitely knows I love sweets so she gave this to me.  It really looks appetizing and yummy too.  The crust tasted like milk.  Even my daughter don't wanna stop from eating.  Lol.

All I need is a little determination and perseverance.  I can do these.  I just need patience and some sheer luck.  There are a gazillion of ways on how to make money online.  And there are a lot of gurus.  I need to be aware though because there are a lots of SCAMS and hoaxes out there.  So from now on I will give feedback and recommend only sites that are legitimate.  I know there are a lot like me out there who are eager to earn money and just don't know where to start and how to join or how to do it.  So luvies let's do this journey together.  A little additional penny in our pocket is way better than doing nothing.

As a busy mom with no budget and no time I tried to make use of what I have at home.  Yeah I know it's totally different bet heck this is what I do in the comforts of my own home. Since I 've got  a baby we have plenty of baby bath products at home.  This is my DIY spa at home.

 

What I need:

• baby bath gels
• little amount of baby oil
• baking soda
• high moisturizing lotion  I am using St. Ive's

Preparation:

mix 1 tsp. baby oil to 2 tbsp. baking soda - this will serve as your exfoliant/scrub

then rinse off

lather with your baby bath gels then rinse

apply your lotion afterwards.

 

As a clarifying shampoo dilute 1tsp baking soda with 1 tsp shampoo in a bidet (tabo) then lather to your hair, rinse, apply conditioner.  DO THIS EVERY 2 WEEKS.  This s how I get rid of oils, nasty dirt and chemicals that accumulated in my hair.

When I was a bit younger I dreamed to become a flight attendant so  can go to places for free.  Aside from that I love watching those pretty sophisticated girls at the airport wearing their snuggly uniform that looks like  doll.  Their job seemed to be to pretty.  But the qualifications here in our country are stiff. I have to be tall, slender, beautiful in short I have to be  doll like to be qualified.  Being an ugly duckling that I am my confidence went off the toilet. :(  But I still took up Tourism thinking it is my alternate route.  I was wrong. 

 

I always envy those people who get to travel as part of their jobs that's why I always watch Travel Time, Trip a trip and now it's Byahe ni drew.  This s my way of travelling in my dreams.

 

Travelling this days is luxury and I don't have that.

I googled a few weeks back about a daily supplement that boost one's immune system and there are a  lot as in ginormous quantity of supplements.  Then I opened girltalk and smartparenting and a lot of mommies with great feedback recommended the Scott's emulsion.  I immediately went to mercury drug and bought the smallest bottle for my daughter.  It's kinda pricey for 200++php but your babies can finish this for 2 months or so depending on how many ml they will take per day.  I think it'sall worth it because she got a mild cold it only lasted for a day with just water intake and no medications. By the way scott's emulsion gives us a natural source of vitamin A,D and calcium. Well sccording to their company scott's emulsion build our childrens' natural resistance to cough and cold.  I can attest to that.

I will definitely buy this product for my baby again.

Today a new Pope is proclaimed. He is a jesuit from Argentina and he chose the name Pope Francis. He is the 266th Pope of the catholic church.  When I saw him on tv I just made the sign of the cross and thank God everything went smoothly.  I hope and pray he will make some good reform since there are a lot of issues arising. I am praying for good health, prosperity, wisdom and safety for all of us.

 Do you have any idea on how to make extra money this summer season?  Well I do,  its not much but at least.  Since I became a SAHM my life became different.   I spent most of my time sleeping and doing nothing in terms of earning.  Then I strive to help ends meet.  But its not enough because if you have a baby the expenses are sky high and plummets in a snap.  So now I am trying to figure out on how to make use my spare time and not just snooze beside my baby.

 

I dream to become a boss of my own. (LOL)  As if I have a capital.$$$$ Since I am just a beginner and a small time entrepreneur (yes sarap pakinggan)  This is what I have in mind.  I will sell Ice Candy this summer since there are a lot of children in our neighborhood.  I already did some but I just can't justify the math thing.  I made 25pcs of cookies and cream variant.  I want to sell them for 6.00php but hubby says its too much.  Heck, I want to earn 2.50 each so if I sold 25pcs I'll get 62.50php.  Not bad huh? Considering the labor of love that entails in doing them plus the electricity bill. The negative thoughts in mind says its just pennies.  So don't bother. I'd rather sleep.  But the positive thoughts in mind says Nobody will give you pennies in these days unless you are asking for alms. Well ate least I am earning mine.  So I will cross my fingers.

 

Well sometimes I wish that money grow on trees so no one will be hungry again.  But yet again putting your own blood, sweat and tears made you appreciate what you have.

I am so happy yesterday.  My operation home business the "ice candy" was a sure hit among neighboors.  So the yield yesterday for my cookies and cream variant was only 25pcs I could have made it 30 but I miscalculated the size cause I was aiming I could sell them for 6php each but hubby said 5php is more reasonable. So in 1 day I already get my ROI and my net profit is 38.00php.  It's just pennies to some but hey at least I've made some money today.  Hurray for me.

So my new flavors today is flakes and nuts, cheese and corn.  My total yield is 90pcs. Let's see if they will heat the market like craze. I'm crossing my finger.  Now I am a bonafide negosyante(chos)  I am so excited.

Since my baby turned 1 year old.  She became a picky eater.  She only ate 1 spoon of rice and some viand.  She hardly eats fruits she only ate watermelon, ponkan and kiatkiat the rest she spits it out. She ate only biscuits. She often accompanied meal time with play time. When I fed her all the food are on the floor.  Sometimes its frustrating all the wasted food and not only that the nutrition was supposed to be ingested and not gone to waste. 

 

But I don't fret anymore because we change her milk into Lactum.  As the commercial says it  100% Panatag ka with Lactum because they hel provide 100% Nourishment.  It is cheaper also than other brands.  Toddler stage is a very difficult stage.  This is the stage where they are super active and full of energy.  This stage also is one of the growth spurts happened and this is the time where they became the boss.

Me and my baby are constantly struggling with gaining weight.  My 1 year old toddler is kinda underweight for her age.  We have weight issues since she was born.  Now she is just 8.3kg.  Her pedia says she should weight at least 10kg for her age.  She takes 2 types of vitamins per day the one with zinc and cheriffer.  I also added Scott's emulsion cod liver oil to boost her immune system cause she often get cough and cold.

 

Her pedia recommended either heraclene or cell life but it didn't work for her to be mixed with her bottle.  She also started to be a picky eater.  She hardly eats rice or cerelac in a day.  She don't like bread.  She only ate 1 cookie and the rest she mushed with her hand and just play with it.  She only ate Ponkan and kiat kiat ( a version of mini ponkan)  But she really wants calamansi juice.

 

So here is my solution on how will I increase her weight I mixed "am" with her milk.  "Am" - in the Philippines is ground rice cooked as a porridge.  What I did is I put 4 scoops of ground rice + 2 1/2cup water.  I cooked for like 20minutes medium heat with continuous mixing.   This can make at least 6 bottles. Afterwards I put 3oz of am every bottle.  Then when she wants milk I just dilute it with 3oz water level and 3 scoops of milk (scoops depends on the recommended feeding)

 

btw, her milk is grow and lactum for 1 year old.

Ok sisses, I found a great inexpensive beauty product that is available everywhere. The chin chan su face cream.  I am giving this product 2 thumbs up ( may tumbling pa lol) I've been using this product for 2 months now and my pimple scar becomes less noticeable and the pores less visible.  I can't live without this product. I use it to replace my foundation and BB cream since the 2 are quite pricey.

This is how I use it. I wash my face and put toner and apply chinchan su face cream lightly all over my face and apply loose powder then followed by a good make up. During night time I just cleanse-tone and apply this all over my face before bed.  In just a couple of days you will notice a great change in your face. Additional secret of course is hydration. Drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and sleep.
