I recently purchased Maxicare EReady Advance Titanium sa kanilang website for my daughter because I want to save ourselves from the headache of going to the ER without money. Alam naman natin sa sitwasyon ngayon dapat lage tayong handa and since money is one factor na mahirap hanapin at ilabas sa panahon ngayon kaya naisip ko good buy sya just in case kailanganin at least panatag ako na may aakibat sa gastusin namin. Though di ko sya pinangarap gamitin pero iba pa rin yun may health care assistance lalo na sa panahon ngayon. Sabi nga nila dapat insurance with health care benefits ang kinuha ko pero di pa stable ang income stream namin. Tsaka na lang pag stable na kasi mahirap na maipit sa kakabayad ng bills tapos wala naman ako maipambayad. Too bad lang pag ganun lahat ng naipambayad ko will just go down the drain magkakapenalty pa for not completing the contract so opting for a prepaid is the best choice for me.

So eto na. When I purchased the Maxicare EReady Advance Titanium P2950 through their website. napaka smooth lang. Nakarecieve agad ako ng e-mail ng instruction on how to register the reference number they've given. I follow the instruction and when I key in the reference number ang sabi "the reference number is already registered." Kumpyansa ako na ok na nga. I waited for an sms or an e-mail of confirmation about my registration kasi sabi sa website after 24 hours of submitting the registration ay makakatanggap ako ng e-mail or sms together with the e-card. I've waited and waited and waited. pero bakit ganun mag 1 week na wala pa din confirmation eh nacharge na ako sa card and yet di pa pala active or confirmed man lang. Sabi pa ang membership ay magiging active after 7days of confirmed registration. Eh di nga sila nagpapadala ng e-mail nor sms kung succesful na ba ang pagregister ko so I e-mailed my concern. Mag 1 month na actually from the date of my purchase and di pa din sila nag e-mail ng confirmation, if the card is active nasan na ang sinasabi nila na within 24 hours?? Ganun ba katagal mag verify?๐ค ๐ค ๐ค
In all fairness to the maxicare offline staff nagrereply naman sila after a few days of my e-mail. I've sent them a few follow up e-mail and I recieved 3 replies with the same exact words on it, pati tuldok magkakaiba lang ang sender, and magkakaiba ng date sent. They said they already forwarded my concern to the department who is handling this. Saan na kaya and sino ang in-charge dito? Nagbakasyon ba? nadaganan ba sya ng sandamakmak na queries? Bakit nobody is taking in charge of this. But why it's taking them so long para makarespond man lang. Hahalukayin pa ba sa files nila yun information? Kaya ganun katagal magconfirm?? Pero ang bilis nila magcharge ha nakaltasan na ako for what I purchased from them. And whoever is responsible for selling that card got their commision already. I know hindi lang ako ang bumili nun at madami silang clients pero it's been a month and I got nothing. ganun ba katagal magvalidate if the card is registered? Hallooo.. Sana sinabi nyo sa add na it will take forever to validate para di umaasa ang buyer, Not even a proper response to my query. It is not proper. I think every week ako nagpafollow up and every reply I got are all the same which is adding to my frustration.
Di po ako naninira. I purchased to this company dahil may tiwala ako sa kanila but I think they just burned it together with my hard earned money. I felt robbed sa totoo lang. After paying it wala na. Tapos na. Pinag-ipunan ko po yun pera na yun. Alam naman natin money is hard to come by. Di ko po balak gamitin ang card na yun. I bought it for financial assistance in times of need na wag naman na sana and as a customer I want clarity and clarification on your part as a big company na sana kahit small time lang ako eh you're paying attention to your clients.
I even tried calling their hotline 8582-1900 and wanted to talk to an agent but all I got is a drop call. Nakakafrustrate lang. ๐ค ๐ค Anyway, I hope di ganun kadami ang nasa sitwasyon ko. I know di naman scammer ang kumpanyang eto and they are one of the biggest company sa Philippines. They are just very poor in customer care. ๐ณ Kung alam ko lang that I will be in this kind of situation I would have opted for a different prepaid health care provider.
As a customer I deserve transparency po that is all I want. MY LINE IS OPEN FOR ANY MAXICARE STAFF OR AGENT REGARDING THIS MATTER.
