I personally experienced having a very long period.  It is like 16 days which prompt me to have a check up with my OB Gyne.  I was not planning to visit her actually because my period often slow don like a spotting and then the next day there will be gushing.  I was thinking this could be hormonal because I am experiencing stress lately with life and finances.  So just like you I am struggling to make our budget get buy and money for the check up is not part of the list.  I know what you will say.  Why I do not have an emergency fund.  That is what I am asking myself too.  Our income is just limited.  I do not have a multiple income stream.  Both my blog and vlogs income is not enough to cash out yet.  I hope you do not mind supporting me,  These way you are making a great impact on our life.  And we are just dependent on a single income household.  We are trying our best to make both ends meet.  But the expenses is just a handful.  I will strive harder to be financially independent.  I wish I can double our household income in a months time before Judith (due date) and Billy (bills) knock on our door again.

 

Well anyhow, I finally decided not to go to work to have a check up to find out what is wrong with my reproductive organ  because I cannot see an end to this bleeding episodes, I am afraid to get anemia and super afraid to get a blood transfusion God forbid.  I used whatever I saved for the bills to have a money for check up.

What the OB GYNE did?

First she wanted to check if I am pregnant.  So I had a pregnancy test.  It came out negative.

Next, She put a vaginal speculum to see where the bleeding is coming from and it came from the inside not definite which part of my reproductive organs.

Next she did an internal exam or IE to feel if I have some mass on my lower abdomen or shall I say matres in tagalog.  She did not feel any.  It is a big relief.

 I was supposed to have a Transvaginal Ultrasound but their machine is under maintenance that time so I have to go somewhere for the test.  This is to clearly see where am I bleeding.  

 

I went to her other clinic where there is Ultrasound machine and did the procedure there.  Then, she finally saw what is the cause of my long period. As of this writing it is now exactly 18days  She saw that I have Myoma or fibroids.  She found 3 myomas that she says a grape in size.  Which gave me a shock because I am only 43 years old and no bad habits like smoking and drinking alcohol, I am not even a fan of coffee and as much as possible I do not take self medicate.  I am still in disbelief.  She said she cannot clearly see what is inside my uterus because the lining and the bleeding still hinder her sight.  She needs to repeat all the test after 1 week if the menstruation will stop or else I will undergo a dilatation and curettage. I am praying and hoping that I won't have to go through that 😭 😭 😭 

 

After the visit she prescribed Tranexamic Acid.  Full dose 3x a day for 2 days.  I am kinda scared of this because the side effect of this medicine is having blood clots and that will be another ordeal. God forbid I will surpass this.

She also prescribed me Primolut N - a hormonal medicine particularly progesterone that will help my body control irregular bleeding or heavy periods.  This I have to take for 5 days.

As what I've said, I need to go back to her clinic again after 1 week to repeat all the test.

AWARENESS: Taking of Tranexamic Acid and Primolut N increased the risk of blood clot so extreme measure should be done.  And please get a prescription before taking any medicine because that might put you on risk for clotting.

 

 

What are my signs and symptoms prior to this longer period episode? 

 Nothing.  It just happen on the 5th day and my last day of my period while I was at work I felt a sudden heavy flow and I was puzzled because it was supposed to be the last day and all I have was a spotting.  I did not feel any pain like dysmenorrhea or even mild cramps.  When I got home I am fully soaked.  I just take it as my normal day.  On my 7th day this is the heaviest part because I can feel it dripping.  Excuse for those who are eating.  On the 10th day it slows down.  Then its like a roller coaster.  It will slow down then the next day it will gush.  I was thinking my body is expelling so much and little reproduction of blood is happening.  It might cause me anemia.  That is the time I decided to get a consultation.

What is myoma?

My Ob Gyne told me not to worry too much about myoma because it is mostly benign and eventually it will decrease in size if you reached the menopausal stage and most often people do not need surgery for that.

 

Mr Google answered most of my questions in mind.  Here is what I found out about it.

Myoma or fibroids appear during a woman's child bearing age and when her estrogen level is high.

How are we going to prevent myoma?

1. Avoid salty food
2. Avoid processed food
3. Avoid alcoholic drinks/caffein
4. Exercise regularly
5. Loose weight if possible
6. Eat potassium reach food.

So eto na.  When I purchased the Maxicare EReady Advance Titanium P2950 through their website.  napaka smooth lang.  Nakarecieve agad ako ng e-mail ng instruction on how to register the reference number they've given.  I follow the instruction and when I key in the reference number ang sabi "the reference number is already registered."  Kumpyansa ako na ok na nga.  I waited for an sms or an e-mail of confirmation about my registration kasi sabi sa website after 24 hours of submitting the registration ay makakatanggap ako ng e-mail or sms together with the e-card.  I've waited and waited and waited.  pero bakit ganun mag 1 week na wala pa din confirmation eh nacharge na ako sa card and yet di pa pala active or confirmed man lang.  Sabi pa ang membership ay magiging active after 7days of confirmed registration.  Eh di nga sila nagpapadala ng e-mail nor sms kung succesful na ba ang pagregister ko so I e-mailed my concern.  Mag 1 month na actually from the date of my purchase and di pa din sila nag e-mail ng confirmation, if the card is active nasan na ang sinasabi nila na within 24 hours??  Ganun ba katagal mag verify?😤 😤 😤 

 

In all fairness to the maxicare offline staff nagrereply naman sila after a few days of my e-mail.  I've sent them a few follow up e-mail and I recieved 3 replies with the same exact words on it, pati tuldok magkakaiba lang ang sender, and magkakaiba ng date sent.  They said they already forwarded my concern to the department who is handling this. Saan na kaya and sino ang in-charge dito? Nagbakasyon ba?  nadaganan ba sya ng sandamakmak na queries?  Bakit nobody is taking in charge of this. But why it's taking them so long para makarespond man lang.  Hahalukayin pa ba sa files nila yun information? Kaya ganun katagal magconfirm??   Pero ang bilis nila magcharge ha nakaltasan na ako for what I purchased from them.  And whoever is responsible for selling that card got their commision already. I know hindi lang ako ang bumili nun at madami silang clients pero it's been a month and I got nothing.  ganun ba katagal magvalidate if the card is registered? Hallooo.. Sana sinabi nyo sa add na it will take forever to validate para di umaasa ang buyer,  Not even a proper response to my query.  It is not proper.  I think every week ako nagpafollow up and every reply I got are all the same which is adding to my frustration.

 

Di po ako naninira.  I purchased to this company dahil may tiwala ako sa kanila but I think they just burned it together with my hard earned money.  I felt robbed sa totoo lang.  After paying it wala na. Tapos na.  Pinag-ipunan ko po yun pera na yun.  Alam naman natin money is hard to come by.  Di ko po balak gamitin ang card na yun.  I bought it for financial assistance in times of need na wag naman na sana and as a customer I want clarity and clarification on your part as a big company na sana kahit small time lang ako eh you're paying attention to your clients.

I even tried calling their hotline 8582-1900 and wanted to talk to an agent but all I got is a drop call.  Nakakafrustrate lang. 😤 😤 Anyway, I hope di ganun kadami ang nasa sitwasyon ko.  I know di naman scammer ang kumpanyang eto and they are one of the biggest company sa Philippines.  They are just very poor in customer care. 😳 Kung alam ko lang that I will be in this kind of situation I would have opted for a different prepaid health care provider.

As a customer I deserve transparency po that is all I want.  MY LINE IS OPEN FOR ANY MAXICARE STAFF OR AGENT REGARDING THIS MATTER.

Nung walang humpay ang ulan nagkalagnat🤒 ang anak ko. Nakakatakot talaga lalo na at mataas ang banta ng Covid 19.  Di ko na sya dinala sa Pedia kasi nga mahirap na at baka makasagap pa doon ng sakit.  Una nagkasinat sya at nag tepid sponge bath na ako.  Nung madaling araw na dun na tumaas ang temperature nya nag 38.7 na sya kaya pinainom ko na sya ng Tempra (Paracetamol)  Tapos pinainom ko sya madaming water at pinunasan ko ng malamig na bimpo.  Iyon ang pinaka first na dapat gawin pag naglagnat ang bata.  Punasan ng basang basahan at tuyuin.  Saka suotan ng preskong damit para makalabas ang init ng katawan nya.  Dapat mag 37.8 degrees celcius muna ang temperature bago magpainom ng Paracetamol.  Same applies sa adult.  Di talaga advisable uminom ng Paracetamol ng walang lagnat or pain ang bata or adult.  Tandaan gamot eto at hindi dapat basta basta umiinom o nagpapainom ng gamot.

 

Kinaumagahan nagpunta ako ng drugstore para bumili ng Vivalyte, Tempra (Paracetamol) dahil ubos na ang aming stock at kumuha na din ako ng Tempra Cool Touch for kids dahil mas maigi na iyon kesa sa basang basahan na ilalagay ko sa noo nya. Dahil sa likot ng anak ko eh nadidislodge lang ang bimpo.

Product Review: Nagstick naman sya agad pero wala pang 30minutes nadetach na sya ng kusa.  Di ko alam kung ganun ba talaga kasi yun ibang cooling pad na gamit ko noon ay ako mismo nagtatanggal at makapit sa balat pero eto yun pad mismo ang natanggal.  Kaya naglagay na naman ako ng panibago.  So yun lang naman ang feedback ko madali syang matanggal pero it serve its purpose naman.

 Hello Sunshine.

As you all know my daughter Luna have a weight issue.  She has poor appetite and she is such a picky eater.  I am having a hard time enforcing her to eat because she is already 9 years old and she has her own will now and definitely will not eat if she doesn't feel like eating.  She choose what to eat and mostly all of them have low nutritional value like hotdogs and ham.  

 

The fruits and vegetables, she is not into that.  So I have to think of some ways to hide them in my menu and once she tasted the vegetable part she will not eat it.  As for the fruit she only loves eating banana's and ripe mangoes.  Sometimes she is trying the watermelon and melon but she will just took a bite. We cannot give her acidic fruits because she has a hyper acidity issue and we've been battling for it for quite some time.

 

She also doesn't have the appetite for meats.  What I am doing is chopping them thinly so she will eat them. 

 

Fried fish is one of her favorites, once or twice a week I am cooking fried fish because she ate a lot when fish is our viand.

One problem also that I am facing is that she is such a slow eater.  It takes time for her to finish a meal. Oh kids. 

 

As a mom, it is really crucial for me to give her a balance diet because 1.  The budget.  Having a limited budget will only gave so little for us.  As much as possible I am trying to give her a decent and nutritious meal that our family deserves 2, The time.  When there is no time to prepare food we just buy outside.  I know what you are thinking but when I am at work there is hardly enough time to prepare for their food the next day.

Share ko lang last Tuesday, we had a close call to a hospital admission due to severe vomiting.  My daughter eventually got a stomach flu and as we all know it is viral.  

 

Grabe ang sinusuka ng anak ko. Naka 8 beses na sya ng kakasuka kaya kahit gabi na ng isinugod ko sya sa Emergency Room for a check up ayoko madehydrate sya.  Sabi dapat 5 na beses pa lang ng pagsusuka eh isugod na sa hospital pero kasi humihinto naman pero nung nakikita kong dilaw na ang sinusuka nya at puro acid na dali dali na kaming nagbihis para magpakonsulta nagcomplain na din sya ng masakit ang kanyang tyan at lahat ng kinakain nya or iniinom nya ay isinusuka nya na.. and buti na lang mababait ang staff at Resident Doctor ng Mission Hospital sa Pasig  nilapatan nila agad ng lunas ang anak ko.  Nag order agad si doc ng lab test kung may infection ba sya at nagbigay agad ng paunang lunas like hydration via IV at gamot para matigil ang pagsusuka nya.  Inobserbahan din sya kung magtutuloy tuloy pa ang suka.  Awa naman ng Diyos ay huminto ang pagsusuka nya.  Niresetahan kami para makauwi ng Vometa at Oresol.  Pero ayaw ng anak ko ang lasa ng Oresol. Kaya naghanap ako ng alternative.

Sabi ng nababasa ko sa mga fb groups mas preferred ng mga bata ang lasa ng Vivalyte kaya ayon ang lage kung binibili.  Eto ang panghydrate ko sa kanya.  Di kasi kaya ng tubig tubig lang lalo na kung madami ang sinusuka.  Dapat ay immediate hydration ang kailangan para mareplenish ang loss of fluids and electrolytes ang katawan.  Sa totoo lang nakakatakot and dehydration lalo na sa mga maliliit na bata. Eto ay malimit na nakakamatay.  Kung ang mga anak nyo ay nakakaranas ng pagsusuka at pagtatae ihydrate nyo agad gamit ang Vivalyte para mas madali sila mapainom at dalhin sa inyong doctor para malunasan agad ang kanyang karamdaman.

Hello mga sunshine.  

 

Magandang araw.

 

Ako ay naloka nung sabihan ako ng anak ko na mabaho daw ang kili kili nya.  Opo may kili kili powers sya.  Nakakahiya man😓 ipaalam sa buong mundo ay totoo po at naconfirm ko sa pamamagitan ng pag-amoy ko ng kili kili nya at maasim-asim nga😢. (pasintabi sa mga kumakain jan) Dinaig pa ang may pasabog ng di naligo ng ilang araw💣. hehe. 

 

Well, nawindang ako kasi nasa loob lang naman kami ng bahay at wala sya masyado activity.  At ang masaklap pa neto ay kakaligo nya lang halos wala pang 1 hour nun.  Ang mas nakakaloka dun ay sya po ay 9 years old lamang.  Tama po ang inyong nababasa. 9 years old lamang sya at may maasim👃 na syang amoy sa kili kili. Hindi ko po mawari kung san nya iyon nakuha eh nasa loob lang naman kami ng bahay at naka aircon pa. 

 

Sa pagkakaalam ko kasi sa mga teenager lang eto at mga preteen kadalasan.  Kaya nga to the rescue ang mga Inay natin mga sunshine na sa ganyang edad ay meron na silang sariling roll on. 

Pero ako mga sunshine hindi ako prepared.  Pero buti na lang at mayroon kaming powdered Tawas. Pinaliguan ko sya agad at tinuruan ko paano hugasan ng maigi ang kanyang kili kili at private parts.  After maligo tinuyo ko sya ng husto saka ko nilagyan ng durog na tawas ang kili kili nya.  Araw araw namin tong ginagawa.  Ayoko kasi pagtawanan sya ng mga pinsan nya at asarin.  Kawawa naman eh pwedeng pwede naman natin solusyunan ang problema di ba mga sunshine?

Pag naliligo din sya ay nilalagyan ko ng konting baking soda ang pambanlaw nya medyo madulas nga lang sa pakiramdam ang may baking soda sa balat.  Make sure din na well hydrated ang ating mga anak at cotton ang kanilang damit.  Madalas ko din syang palitan ng damit para na rin mapreskuhan sya at di na magtagal pa ang pawis sa katawan nya.

Sa labahin naman nilalagyan ko ng suka ang huling banlaw.  Kasi may anti-bacterial property ang suka.  Hindi naman nangangamoy suka ang mga damit bagkos ay amoy fresh pa eto.

 

Hindi ko po sya pinagamit ng roll-on or ano mang deodorant.  Masyado pa kasi syang bata para dito.  Dun muna kami sa all natural approach.

Kahit na maliit pa ang anak ko ay tinuturuan ko sya ng good hygiene para na rin eto sa pagprepare sa kanyang pagdadalaga.

Sana may natutunan kayo mga sunshine.

Magandang araw.  Kamusta naman kayo jan?  Nakakatawa ano po?🤭 ang Ikikwento ko ngayon sa blog ko ay ang efficascent oil.. yes tama po ang nababasa nyo mga sunshine dahil aaminin ko po malaking ginhawa ang binibigay sa akin ng efficascent oil na eto.  Lalo sa panahong sumasakit ang likod ko😰 sa maghapon na trabaho at nakakaramdam ako ng paninigas ng kalamnan at kabag dahil sa sobrang aircon😵 . Abay pagdating ko ng bahay at pagkalinis ng aking katawan bago matulog nagpapahid ako neto sa likod at sa aking tyan.

Hindi ko kinakahiya na naghaplas ako ng efficascent oil mas mainam yun may menthol dama ko talaga ang lamig nya at pagiging effective nya. hihi.😊  Tapos magtatalukbong lang ako ng aking kumot kahit bara ng ilong tanggal.  Kahit na kantyawan pa nila akong amoy matanda na ako eh mano ba naman kung ganun yung amoy kung ang ginhawa naman na nabibigay sa akin at nakakatulong na mabawasan ang sakit ng aking katawan oh di ba?  Aarte pa ba? Basta masarap ang tulog, bawi na 🛌🏻. Kinabukasan ready na naman rumatsada sa trabaho ang inyong sunshine.

Ginagamit ko din eto sa anak ko mga sunshine.  Pero konti lang.  Madalas alkamporado ang pinapahid ko kung masakit ang kanyang tyan at kung may panlalamig naman nilalagyan ko din sya sa talampakan at minamasahe ko sya sa likod ng alkamporado.  Pero mas madalas ako ang gumagamit ng Efficascent Oil.  Kahit san ako magpunta ay may baon akong haplas para pag kailangan ko ay agad agad mayron.  Di mo kasi masabi kung kailan ka papasukin ng lamig lalo na kung babyahe ka ng malayo at malamig sa sasakyan.  Asahan na agad na mananakit na likod kosa kakaupo at kakabagin na ako sa lamig. ahihi.🤭

Almost all employee nowadays have an HMO card or health card aside from our Philhealth and it is really beneficial because we do not know (knock on wood) when do we need one.  I came across a post through social media about this and as I do my research I am more eager to get one.  Kasi alam  nyo naman mahirap kumita ng pera and pag kumuha ka ng HMO eh may kamahalan ang premiums nila aside from that I think mas maganda kung employed ka kasi mostly lalo na sa call centers sagot ng employer ang health cards nila.  Paano naman ang ibang sector?  Like Work from home moms, businessman, buy and sell and yun typical na Pilipino lang.  Ngayon meron na tayong maasahan.  Madami ng HMO company ang may prepaid kagaya na lang ng Philcare.

Hello mga Inay.

Recently, pumutok ang balita regarding sa Momo Challenge.  Ang akala ko isa etong typical challenge lang.  Like ice bucket challenge or 10 years challenge.  Yun pala mas malala pa eto.  Nung kumalat sa facebook ang awareness campaign regarding dito.  Dun ko naintindihan kung anong age group at sino sino ang target nya.  Eto ay ang mga kabataan na walang kamalay malay sa aksidente or trahedya na kahihinatnan nyan.  Nanindig ang balahibo ko kasi ang challenge na eto ay fatal.  Yes mga Inay nakakamatay.  Unti unti pa.  Nilalason ng challenge na eto ang utak ng mga bata.  As an adults akala natin typical na nanood or nagsecelphone lang ang ating mga anak.  Yun pala may mga sira ulong tao na gumawa ng app pra ichallenge ng mga bata, para sundin ng mga bata.  At master ang tawag sa kanila ng mga bata.  Masama pa neto bawal sabihin ng mga bata ang ginagawa nila sa magulang nila dahil may pagbabanta na nagaganap.

Marami na rin naiulat na napahamak at worse nagpakamatay na mga kabataan dahil dito.  Worldwide pa mga Inay kaya kung sino man ang nag imbento neto walang puso at walang paki alam.

Kaya mga Inay maging aware tayo lalo na sa panahon ngayon na gadget na lang halos ang hawak ng mga bata.

Kumakalat din ngayon sa Youtube ang mga kahindik hindik na video na nakakalusot sa youtube kids.  Eto'y mga cartoons na mga bastos like nakahubad, nakikita ang suso at worse yun kay Peppa Pig na pinutulan sya ng ulo ni daddy pig.  Meron din kami na experience na nagmumura sa youtube at mga bastos na salita kaya agad agad nakabakod na kami pag nagyoutube na ang anak namin.  

Lahat ng eto may psychological effect sa bata.

Kaya paalala konting ingat tayo sa ating mga anak.

Hello mga Inay.

I want to share my daughters experience with Nutren Junior.  By now you know that my 7 year old is struggling to gain weight for quite some time now and the only solution to the problem is to add protein to her diet.  But she is a picky eater and I can't force her to eat meat and other source of protein plus the fact that she is lactose intolerant.  I've sourced the internet and bought a couple of milk to try, until I finally got a chance to try Nutren Junior.  We bought a small can last week and thank God she didn't vomit or had stomach upset and she like it.  Unfortunately the chocolate flavor wasn't available so we tried the vanilla instead.  She said the taste was ok.  I'm grad she like the taste.

I am keeping my hope on this one.  Since it has probiotics and prebiotic content plus this can really add nutritional support specially to under nourished kid.  Well, I consider my child under nourished because she is a picky eater and the only choice I have to supplement her nutrition is through milk.  It is a bit pricey though, like almost Php500 for a small can about 400g but I don't mind spending that much as long as it will help my kid grow up healthy and on her desired weight.

Hello mga Inays.

One lazy afternoon nag gala kami ng pamilya ko sa Tiendisitas.  Malapit lang naman kasi eto sa amin saka ilang weeks na din kaming di lumalabas ng bahay kasi lageng may pasok o kaya madaming gagawin.  Buti na lang nakapasyal kami.  Stroll lang.  The typical window shopping lang. Haha.  Wala pang budget para sa shopping.  Kumakaway na kasi si Billy (bills) at Judith (due date) lol.

So ayun sa kakalakad namin nakita namin ang DECATHLON SHOP.  Nasa 2nd floor to ng Tiendistas ha.  Napakalaki nyang shop.   Isa etong bagong shop that cater to all sports enthusiast.  As in Haven sya guys.  You have to see it to believe it.   At eto pa napakareasonable ng prices nya may mura may mahal at madami ka pang pagpipilian.  Bet na bet ko talaga napaluwa ang mata ko.  Kaso luwa din wallet ko kaya patingin tingin na lang ang Inay nyo.  Inenjoy ko lang at binusog ko ang mga mata ko sa pagpasyal namin dun.  At least next time alam na namin pag kailangan ni Luna ng mga sports apparel pag kailangan ni Luna sa school.

Napakadaming equipments pang exercise, sports apparel, shoes, tent, boats, fishing rods, bicycle at kung ano ano pa.  Maganda pa dun my mga area sila na pwede mong itry yun mga gamit san ka pa?

Today, I feel like I am in a battlefield of life once again.  Life is testing me.  I felt so weak especially at times like this.  It is the 1st quarter of the year and I as a mother is being tested.  My rationale in life is so dark its so hard to pull through.I have to fight this and I have to be tough because there is a little one depending on me.

This predicament started Wednesday January 30th, 2018 after school we did some errands and buy our food.  That evening I can sense that she has itchy throat.  Thursday morning I told her don't go to school because she is a bit warm, later that afternoon her temp shoot up to 39 and now started coughing.  Thankfully its not an asthma attack but we put her on nebulizer to loosen the secretion that evening she sneezed a lot and the mucus came out. But the fever came on and off.  The next day Friday her fever is gone and she requested to play with her friends.  I supervised her because I don't want her to get tired.  They just played drawing and writing.  Evening came and she doesn't have the appetite anymore and is now complaining of tummy ache.  And the fever comes back.  Geez.  These made me break down.  Because I am scared of that stomach ache.  And she too is scared about it.  We still remember that due to that tummy ache she spent 5 days at the hospital due to severe vomiting.

I offered her small frequent meal.and sips of water.  I don't want to be too pushy on her because she is not feeling well and I might aggravate the situation.  Tomorrow if this will persist we will visit her doctor.

I am hoping that this is just viral. The weather may be adding a bit.  It's too cold outside especially at night time.

I hope this fever and cough and tummy ache will leave her alone.

I just want to share with you my horror BACNE Story.

For some people out there who doesn't know what BACNE  is.  It is what you call Back Acne.  Some people may experience not only having acne on their face but it also runs through their back.  Other have it mostly on their shoulder.

I am not the type who often look at my back but lately I can feel some bumps and it becomes itchy, so one afternoon after my bath I checked what was going on with my back and to my dismay I've seen a horrifying site.  It was awful.  Being a woman with BACNE is crucial.  Ladies, you know what I mean?

Seoul Korea whitening cream in sachet - Php 13.00 each; Seoul White Korea Whitening Soap - Php45.00

 

As you all know, I purchased this Seoul Korea product out of curiosity and based on the raves and reviews that I've read and see on some beauty blogger.

It's been Day 5 since I used this product.  I've been using the Seoul white Korea Double White whitening soap not just in my face but also my body. And I've been using the Seoul White Korea Instant White face cream alone and not using either BB Creams or Foundation per se.
 
Here are some of my observation about their product.  

 Seoul White Korea Double White whitening soap - It has a very refreshing strawberry scent not too strong and not too overpowering.  I really feel fresh and basically it has some sort of tightening effect on my face.  My face became radiant and it felt smooth too.  Due to its whitening claim I tried using it on my body because I somehow want to have a white skin ( not a strong desire though)  It doesn't melt easily buy I suggest you keep it in a place where the water hardly reach the soap dish.  My conclusion on the whitening effect: I think its too early to say since I have just been using it for 5 days but I can't see any significant effect on my skin.  It's just the same shade as before. LOL. 😸 

Seoul White Korea Instant White Face Cream -  In order for me to really see the effects of certain products that I am using I opt to use only 1 product at a time so if there will be any reactions or sensitivity it will be easy to point out which is which.  So what I did was stopped using all the BB creams, face creams, moisturizer and even foundation.  Of course I started my daily routine with a clean face before applying Seoul White Korea Instant Whitening Face Cream.  I only used a pea size, a little goes a long way.  Well, the good part was it has a mattifying effect.  It's not oily at all.  Even though it is color white it is easy to blend on your skin. You just need to dust off a little powder and you're all set to go. But the sad part is it is not long wearing.  And obviously it didn't make my face white at all. 🤕

Hello mga Inays.

Mahirap ba painumin ng vitamins ang mga anak nyo? Lalo na ang syrup at di maganda ang lasa?  Ang anak ko oo. Sobrang hirap painumin ng vitamins. Usually hinahalo ko pa sa gatas para di nya mahalata.

I remembered when I was young my mother often gave me Vidaylin syrup so I asked the pharmacist if they have that and I was informed that they have the chew-able type.  I didn't hesitated at all and bought it immediately, knowing my daughter she will be delighted if she found out it is in gummy bear forms.  Who doens't love gummy bears right?  Eto, nutritious not just all sugars.

What made me buy the vitamins is not just of its form but also it contains vegetable product.   At her age she is really a picky eater especially when it comes to vegetables.  I was thinking that this vitamins might somehow help her in her daily nutritional need. 

Thankfully she loved it and she is taking this everyday.
