Milk is a very important part of our diet because of its protein and some fats, Even if we get old it is still important to drink milk. It is one of the vital drink that we should not skip to give to our growing up child because its nutritious and will help our child develop strong bones and muscles.
Calcium, Protein and fat are highly essentials to our growing children due to their developing body physically especially their bones and brains. Aside from that they are not getting enough nutrition from the food we are giving them and some of these growing up tots are very picky eater.
