Today, I would like to talk about  FarmOn.Ph 

What is FarmOn?

For all of us newbies about this new money making venture. FarmOn is an agri-business based on the internet. Basically, you will invest virtually on a farm somewhere in the province of Cagayan. Garit Sur, Pangasinan and more.  You will fund the farm by depositing your money in a bank which the site owner collect to fund the crops such as rice, watermelon, pechay and many more. As an investor you are free to choose which crops or livestock are you going to fund and how much of it will you get. It's like farmville the real way, where you can choose what crops or livestock to invest with a corresponding amount to invest and there is a certain duration of harvest time of each crops or livestock usually 3-6 months depends on which type and as time goes you will get your ROI or return of investment which you can choose to withdraw or re-invest in the future cycle.  Keep in mind that you don't need a farmland nor a farmer because someone will do the work for you.  You help the farmers financially but you will get a 50/50 profit sharing once they sell the products.  Investor don't have to worry when there is typhoon or calamities because they will replenish the items and all you have to do is wait again.

How does it work?

First and foremost you have to:

1. join to their site. Unfortunately, it's closed for now because the 17th cycle just ended.  You can join when 18th cycle is open. I hope I can join in. Let's wait and see.

2. After registering you can choose which crops/livestock are you going to invest. Select your desired quantity and check the price.

3. Wait for confirmation e-mail.

4. Pay at BDO. I believe they say that investor need to be an account holder of BDO.  I am not sure about this one as of these moment. I will update soon.

5. Wait for the Farmon email once you got successfully order. They will ask you to email back  the contract with your signature.

6. Now you are a FarmOner.  Always check their site for progress. The fruit of your labor will be the harvest day.

By the way guys as the wise man said invest only what you are willing to loose.  In investing there is no guarantee if you will earn or loose some.  So always be mindful and be wise.

Investing while you are young is the most important thing to do especially now a days that money and finances are very tough to handle and manage.  Everything seems to be expensive and salary is always not enough to make both ends meet.  Living in this expensive and materialistic world is not enough and saving for the future and future family is tougher.  So we have to do so many ways to earn and save.  For most of us employed, we really don't have much because we are just getting a months worth of working, and we have a lot of obligations in our life that we need to face first not minding what is important or setting it aside first because we don't have much.

There are a lot of financial literacy guru all over and all they are preaching is saving.  So the question is what are we going to save if we don't have much? And how are we going to save?  As a newbie to this saving saga, I've read and stumble so many articles, discussions, blogs and forums and I found out about this PAG IBIG MP2 program by the Philippine Government.  It helps someone save and earn for their retirement.  And the minimum worth of contribution is Php 500.00 and the maximum is up to the member,  Mind you people we cannot withdraw..  I repeat, we cannot withdraw our money for 5 years.  We can add but we can't deduct.  The money will incur interest overtime and that's how you earn.  After 5 years and you don't need the money you can extend for as long as you like.  Being an active member of MP1 is prerequisite.

The Pros:  Bigger savings bigger interest
                    No tax

The Cons:  There is no passbook/online account that you can see your status just like online   banking.
                        You have to either go to the office to pay or have it auto debit from your office
                         5 years is quite a long time. 
                         It is not loanable.


For someone who is an existing member please enlighten us.  To Pag-Ibig I hope you'll make extra effort to be transparent to your member and issue a passbook or record book after all it is our hard earned money.

I was so happy that finally I paid my water bill using this app.  Paying is so easy. You just need money to your wallet.  I deposited Php4000.00 to my wallet so I can pay my bills anytime anywhere as long as there is an internet.  And voila.. Since I am still in testing phase, I only paid the water bills first because its just a small amount and you know what mommies Coins.Ph gave me a cashback of Php5.00  I know that is just a small amount but it is money and imagine if you will pay all your bills through that app then you can save a lot.  Just imagine that.  Your getting a rebate out of your expenses.  We should always keep in mind that saving is believing.

I am still contemplating whether to migrate my blogger blog to WordPress.  I've found out that you have to migrate to WordPress first before you can actually have your blog hosted.

I want to have my own domain and have my blog hosted for better chance of getting a higher page rank in google search.  The more searchable your blog is the bigger traffic.  And I  want to have a big traffic for me to earn bigger in adsense.  

Blogger for me is really user friendly and the interface is easy to understand.  Aside from that I can tweak it anytime.

I just downloaded an application named Coins.ph.  I've made some research about this and I am still reading on how to earn through Coins.ph.  I am one of the few who is also interested in earning extra.  I've heard that people can earn when they pay their bills and also buy some load.  Aside  from that you can also exchange your money using bitcoin.  I am not sure how that works.  I've watched some video in youtube some of it are too good to be true.  I hope people will share their insights and knowledge on these.  Because before you earn you will also shell out some hard earned cash.  And I am not the type of person who will invest in something I am not sure of.  I am now into address verification phase.  And I am planning to pay my bills using this application.  For every unique bill you pay you will get Php5.00.  In our household there are 4 bills so in a month I'll be earning Php20.00 And maybe my mom will also let me pay their bills so its an additional Php20.00  Not bad.  I am paying at the comforts of our home.  Plus, if I refer someone I'll get an additional Php50.00 each.

I just don't know how to invest my money using bitcoin.  I am noob and I am figuring out how.

This afternoon when I opened my e-mail I was ecstatic because I saw an available survey for me to answer.  First time ko to.  And each survey is worth Php15.00.  Yeah, yeah it's a bit small but eventually in the future they will file up.  And aside from that this is just part time.  I can answer survey anytime I want whenever I want. I just have to check every once in a while.  But for the time being I might get frequent, because if I don't get that opportunity someone else will.

I am fond of discovering ways on how to earn online.  There are a lot of people who made use of their time and the internet to earn money.  Actually, there are lots of ways, we just have to sift because mostly its time consuming and some are just bogus.  We don't want that.  I have joined many forums and checked some sites before joining if its legit.  I've read feed backs and recommendations as well.

So just recently I joined an online survey site called MOBROG.  It's a Philippine based site so cashing out is not a problem.  Today, I completed my profile.  I am awaiting for my surveys.  Hopefully they will give me.  Let's cross fingers.  I don't know how much it cost per survey  though since I am still testing the waters.

My thoughts: For me it's not that realistic because we have a lot of expenses.  And the expenses is sometimes more than r income that's why I always have a negative balance.  But I realize, I have to save not just for the rainy days but for our retirement.  We are not getting any younger and I have to start in anyway I can.  Even a single centavo count.  And through this we won't have to think too much about the future.  I also needed some part time job or sideline to somehow add up to our income.

                 I'll try to start today.  I will give you an update in a months time.  I will cross fingers.  I hope I have something left for the piggy bank.

All I need is a little determination and perseverance.  I can do these.  I just need patience and some sheer luck.  There are a gazillion of ways on how to make money online.  And there are a lot of gurus.  I need to be aware though because there are a lots of SCAMS and hoaxes out there.  So from now on I will give feedback and recommend only sites that are legitimate.  I know there are a lot like me out there who are eager to earn money and just don't know where to start and how to join or how to do it.  So luvies let's do this journey together.  A little additional penny in our pocket is way better than doing nothing.

Since I become a SAHM it's quite difficult for me to earn money because I can't afford to have a full time job.  I am a full time mother and a home maker.  That's the time I gain interest in earning online.  This is not a get rich quick scheme but this is more  of earning on your free time at your own pace.  For me it's not really working at all because you are in a  community and all you do is post comments, ask suggestions and just plainly interact with each other.   You can learn a lot from my lot actually and aside from that you will gain new friends and you will here a good perspective from them.
